@moonpie50 Those little snippets of voice and sound are from a shakespeare broadcast (I think on BBC)

what was the sound at 2:34

You guys need to do some research...Yes John wrote a few lines after some acid trips, however,it is a slight to the media and people trying to put meaning into their songs, and getting it wrong...And...It was a direct shot at Bob Dylan because John thought Dylan got away with murder on his nonesense meaningless lyrics. Also,John said this was his favorite album...because it was so...wierd...

2:34 there´s a hidden sound there in backwards. I know what it´s said, but I prefer not to say. In fact this made me sad to know that The Beatles could have put such this bad person´s name in a song, but anyway... it´s still a nice song. I juse felt disappointed.

@MegaSpenceman No........you heard "On untimely death".............there are a few lines at the end of this song that are directly drafted from Shakesspear's King Lear............I'll never forget reading that book for a college humanities course when I came across those lines and said "hey this is the stuff at the end of I am the Walrus".......lol!

@TheCatwoman27 it was made cause people were blaming all their songs on drugs, so they made it make no sense for laughs
-
Ahem, this band has created wonderful songs, like this one, but this one was most likely made at their 'acid peak'....and...I LOVE IT!

Did i hear "oh the time of death" near the end?

The drum break at 1.17 is only on the mono version.

the best version of WALRUS is the LOVE album re-mix...stereo the way it should sound, instead of the way it was released originally. Otherwise, the mono version is superior to the stereo version.
