  • Nice job! Take these socialist bastards in Washington to the matt. Yes, 1032f is relevant because Franken-Dodd was passed in July... before Fed rule passed.

  • but the Fed rule is NOT part of the Dodd Frank bill.....therefore the “1032(f)” defense is pointless...
