WoW Model Viewer Problem

Hey, people!
I've got a problem with WoW Model Viewer.
When I open a character, it seems to be completely black! It doesn't have a face!
I can't do features, the armor works, but it won't fix the problem.
If someone has a solution, contact me and post a comment!

In order to fix that you have to go to Options and then Settings. On the MPQ file list, get rid of enUS.mpq, or enGB.mpq or esMX.mpq...(the language MPQ).... not the ones that say speech, or locale... just the ones that are only called patch-enUS.mpq... for some reason they have a new database or something that gets the models like that.. Im sure it will work.. GOOD LUCK
