The ninth routine. This one is another one that I'm not real sure if my form is just right on. I think I could probably stand to get my lower back off the mat a bit higher.

  • @LocaSportyChic That really depends on where you are starting from...and how seriously you work at it.

  • These are my least favorite. If I hadn't known any better, I would have thought I was the 1 person to dislike this video during my sleep.

  • @SpryO3 Yeah I don't much like these either, but the oblique v-ups are my least favorite. They actually hurt my hips (the one on the ground).

  • Hahaha!!! He makes it look sooo easy! The first time I did the P90X ab ripper this damn move got me!

  • @robybooy Hey Roy - I wish I could say definitively one way or the other. All I can say is that it wasn't an issue for my back. I didn't feel it in my back at all actually.

  • Hmmmn ... I have concerns about this exercise because there is no 45 degree bend on your knees, causing your back not touching the floor. Isn't this bad for your lower-back ?
