I stayed in the Adhari Inn, Manama, Bahrain for this years GP. USS O'Kane had definitely visited that bar!

@materialclassified Oh, right...I don't use Wiki myself, too inaccurate, but I just had a look from interest and the page I got says that this ship was launched in 1998 and commisioned 1999..........point about wiki proven it would seem. :o)

Richard O'Kane was probably the best sub skipper in WWII. Several books about him and his exploits are available.
