  • The system has become so corrupt that it has lost any semblance of legitimacy. The cops and politicians are clearly above the law, while the rest of us are subject to harsh penalties for even minor offenses. If I were optimistic I'd say there would be a revolution soon.

  • @DonSlipDubO55 The law that voters past in 1994 that states that anyone convicted of a 3rd felony receives a mandatory 25 year sentence. Now the state of California and L.A. County will have to pay a very large award when the law suite is over because they failed to uphold the the law which is the will of the majority. And most likely Ewell will face a death sentence instead of the 25 years he should of received back in the 80's.

  • @TheLordstim what law

  • I am for the three strikes law 100%.John Wesley Ewell was a three striker who was given leniency at least twice on a possible 3 strike conviction and now 4 people are dead because of it.Two of those people were my aunt and uncle,This just happened in October 2010 .I think a 3 striker should get the full sentence of the law. That is what it is for, that is why we passed it!
