Diplomacy isnt used much ( too hard :P ) but this is a game worth buying

Can someone explain this "Diplomacy" system to me? Looks quite unique for a MMORPG.

I love the diplomacy lines in VG, it really does make the game more intriging(sp?). I played EQ2 for 3 years and never had as much fun as i have had in my 2 months of VG so far. Ok, the game is unfinished and the character graphics could use a polish, but so what?? Content is so large and intricate, the storylines so complex that i couldn't give a toss about the graphics anymore - i just love playing the game.

i dont knwo if it has a voice over, yes i have a spare buddy key,
they are greyed out cause not all races are avilible to non full account holders
my computer specs are
3.2Ghz processor
1.5g of ram
280g hard drive (30 internal 250 external usb2)
pixel shader 2.0 vid card with 256mb memory
direct x 10
pretty much just over the "recomended" specs XD

is it open-pvp where we can pk anyone we want in the field? or only duel like wow where must click accept and no one can interfere?
