  • I generally use this standard warm-up (depending on what the weight is that day):

    95x3, 115x3, 135x2 or 3, 150x1, 160x1, 170x1

    For the shirt:

    95x3, 115x3, 135x3, 155x2, 175x1, put on shirt

  • when doing 7 sets of seven, do you do a normal warmpup?

    3 sets of 5 leading up to your work sets?
