Matt Edwards - Wyedean Forest Rally 2010

Llandudno's Matt Edwards got his 2010 Rallying campaign of to a flying start last weekend as he scorched to a podium position in his first outing in a 586 Sport-run MG ZR on the Wyedean Rally.

With support from High Hill Ford, Fuchs Titan Race, EvoParts.org, Racing Lines and Pamaya.com and co-driven by Chesterfields Sam Collis, this event would be the culmination of three weeks frantic organisation by the 25yr old with the Northamptonshire-based 586 Sport team in order to get a deal together to contest the series; this after plans to enter the first round of the British Championship were shelved due to the talented Welshman's ongoing difficulties to raise sufficient budget.
