  • Kid, I dont really give a fuck what you think. I dont run anymore anyways. So, just shut the hell up.

  • Well it looks like you're too busy being a cool cat and skateboarding to be any good at running anyways!

  • @drone713 Hey faggot. That was like a fucking year ago, and now you decide to post a comment on my comment. And yeah I know that was pretty retarded of me to post that first comment. And ayways I dont even remember posting that,.. So, dont worry about it.

  • Why are 12 year olds allowed to use the internet?

  • wat happened to tht rilly short guy?

  • Nickcc3:

i was running 5:30s when i was 12... carbon4me is right. it gets a lot harder to improve the faster you get.... especially if you make it to the 4 minute range

  • Nickcc3:

Your mile time is good for your age but be sure to train smart and not be discouraged if you do not attain elite status. I ran a 5:32 mile in 8th grade and 5:12 as a senior in high school. It is much harder to reduce 20 seconds from your mile time as you reach the elite times than someone trying to reduce from 6:30 to 6:10 for example.

  • im only 12 and im running the mile in 6:24, when im his age ll be running it that fast or faster

  • SUllivan!

  • thanks for uploading... great file!
