This eyeshadow is meant to be used on top of similar colors to make your eye shadow glittery. That is why it's not very pigmented.

I hated this shadow. I love moon Spoon though, and atmosphere. Those ones are my FAV! Could you review the other colors? I would like to know your opinion. :D
