Well, he has Intuitive Aptitude. He can steal other's powers... but not in the way Peter can. He has to 'find' the power by groping around the person's brain, the main part where the power is generated from.

He has two powers. One being Intuitive Aptitude where by he understands how everything works. And then he has another power where by he can absorb powers by empathising with people.
