Techniques 1 to 10 from the first set of schemes/techniques of our Ninjutsu system. These schemes are designed to test ones knowledge and application of basic movements, postures, and principles. These schemes give further understanding of the nine core forms of the system. There are 100 schemes/techniques in the Shorinjin Scheme set.

Nice techniques, but too complicated I think. Should break the useful techniques into smaller ones to make it easier to recall when the need arises.
