  • Gotta disagree. One of the best things about watching Yuka Sato is her absolute flow and beautiful carriage across the ice. Along with her technical prowess, she leaves no move unfinished. Artistically, she interprets every beat of the music and nothing is unfinished or hurried. Watch her edges and note how complete she is in all her moves. It's not for nothing she's known as "the skater's skater".

  • Any time a program is set to a Beatle song it CAN'T be bad! Lovely skater and I wish she and Jason would do more pair skating as well.

  • I guess she and hubby not having kids. Those kids would be great skaters.

  • Love Yuka and her skating, but really hate this costume.

  • I agree wholeheartedly--in fact, I had to double check the name to see if it was I who posted this comment!

The long gliding edge and buttery stroking--we will never see such things under the current scoring system. To me, this is what makes figure skating beautiful...

  • I love Yuka!!!

  • I much prefer this pure skating over the frantic arm waving and crotch shots - the sloppy jumps and technique of the current crop of 'amateur skaters' starting the list with Kostner - yuck.
