The video is about a program that analyzes demos for cheats. That is a compilation of different players' demos analyzed to show what the program searches for. The wallhacks in the video are loaded after the demo was taken and do not reflect the legitimacy of the player we are currently watching. It is done in a singeplayer environment to show us what kind of stuff a guy has to do with his crosshair relative to players thru the wall to earn points.

@LhandedCommando In some cases admins reviewing demos will use offline wallhacks or r_drawothermodels to enable them to see if the suspect is walling. This looks to makes that process a lot easier, and gives a somewhat impartial means of 'scoring' how likely a cheat is in use. IE, it will inherently look like how a cheat operates to do its job.
