Education Without Borders 2011 Report on Abu Dhabi TV

On June 16, 2010 the cameras of Abu Dhabi TV visited the CERT Technology Park in Abu Dhabi to see the workings of 33 students from 20 countries working together to help plan the 6th Biennial Education Without Borders 2011 International Student Conference, to be held in Abu Dhabi from March 28-31.

The students, who are part of the conference's World Student Organizing Committee (WSOC), were in Abu Dhabi for a week to give valuable input into the 2011 conference, meet each other and find out more about the conference and Abu Dhabi. Throughout the week the students formed into four sub-committees to deal with specific areas of the conference, being Marketing/Communication; Content; Logistics and Post-Conference. The ideas and recommendations formulated by the four sub-committees were well-received by conference chair Dr Tayeb Kamali and the conference organizers.
