For those of you who ask me what i eat when i need something to snack on this is usually it. However, this is just a guide add or remove foods to this formula to optimize it to your body needs.
This is a shake i Make every once in a while when im feeling hungry but i want to eat healthy food. This food fills you up, provides great energy, nutrition, and keeps you full for a long time. The great thing is its easy nutrition, cheap nutrition, and fast nutrition on the go.

Your're right about micro-nutrients. That said, you may as well eat 2 bowls of chocolate ice cream than have this shake recipe. Sugar in your cereal. Crazy sugar in raisins. Sugar in the oatmeal. Sugar in the yogurt. Plus the (good) natural sugars in the fruit. Not a wise choice for someone trying to lose weight.

I recommended using plain yogurt and plain oatmeal that doesnt contain any processed sugar or artificial additives. The protein shake if you add it should be a low cal shake without any huge additives.
Too much sugar. You must be talking about the complex carbohydrates, which provide a more sustained release of energy for your body.

carbs fats and proteins are sooooo 20th century. People need to worry about the lack of micro nutrients in their diet and focus on balanced diets instead of just trying to cut/limit/remove ""Bad stuff".

To much sugar from fruits? yes there are sugars from fruits however, the phytonutrients they add work synergistically with the fiber from the oatmeal formulating a powerful health boosts.
Plus the fiber works to reduce the glycemic load any sugars would have on your blood sugar.
Not to mention it taste fucking great.
You should try looking beyond micronutrients when you think about the foods you eat.
Thats the problem with modern diets, they focus on macronutrients
