we've all been there mate. I had to withdraw from my first ultra with a twisted knee at 35km, was gutted, but you came back strong I guess.. really don't know what to expect from this event the distance seems daunting!

I've entered the 2012 event.... really excited my first 50+ ultra... used to be 25 stone as a 21 year old now 15 stone and managed a 50km ,so this will be a massive test :)

@hendybhoy - I wish you all the best! Funny thing: Today I had to pull out from a Marathon in Luzern (CH) because of a pulled muscle ... life is mean sometimes :)
