Thanks to legendary Capitol Radio DJ and UK Fresh '86 host Mike Allen (Allen's Army on Manoeuvres) who first played this in 1988. I remember him introducing it in his Tommy Vance style dulcitones! Ah, you can't beat the old school. Peace.
