@doktawakta3 When you open the door from the outside, look down and it's in the corner. It's a little rubber thing that pushes in when the door is closed. You can get to it's wires by pulling up the plastic along the bottom of the door and pulling the carpet back a bit. It's a ground switch so you'll need to wire it like I said in my previous response.
Mounted them with Selleys quick grip glue to the under side of the seats and front footwells, ran wires under the carpet to link in with the door switch, then ran another wire from the door switch to a 3 way switch which I mounted in the dash. It became a ground switch so you wire constant positive to one pole, ground to another pole and the door switch to the 3rd pole, therefore giving you the door-off-on switch.
The led's i got from ebay for about $20 for 4 strips of 48.
