    well its a mildly complicated process, but its easy enough if you follow the instructions, try googling cyanogenmod or theunlockr to get started, i should warn you though, it is possible to severely mess up your phone if you don't follow the instructions

    they are no longer updating the g1 it will be stuck at the 1.6 android build forever (that means no flash) :( the good thing is that you can root it and get 2.1 or 2.2 on it (2.2 has flash)

    I have a g1, i thought the flash was going to be included in the firmware but my phone is up to date with no flash player... how do i get it?
