Japan is a nation of festivals. One of Tohoku's (Northern Honshu) biggest summer festivals in Akita Prefecture, Akita City is the Kanto festival, held in early August. This is a short documentary about Kanto festival as told from the viewpoints of some of Akita City's Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs)
