Thank you for telling the truth, terrorism is like racism. It can't be won on a battlefield, only in the minds of our enemies. Look at the history of this country. In 2008 we still have racist in high public office and its excepted. The GOP does not mind sending our youth to fight their wars. They should send their own kids to die for democracy. On the battlefield, democracy wont keep you alive. Let the people of Iraq fight for their own democracy and stop trying to shove it down their throats .

@Butchurus While military enlistment may be different than what people anticipate when enlisting. They are told what to expect. And they are enlisting to become soldiers which means possibly going to war. While many signed up for free school ect. No one said your not a soldier never expect to go to war, they said you are now a soldier if america goes to war you will be there on the front lines. P.S it is against regs to represent opinion in uniform as it may be interpreted as official opinion

George W. Bush-scetchy military background....John McCain-scetchy military background...both Republicans...Hmmm???... And about the contractors, I work for a contractor here in the States, training military men and women for WAR, one of the top training facilities (if not the top) and I get crap pay. While KBR employees make 3x what I do for cooking/serving food???Doesnt make alot of sense......Soldiers: Come home with your LIFE, you'll be HONORED for your fight there reguardless...
