That's it, Pollan claims that all we have a choice to eat a sort of food, there were too many decades ago,before the industrial revolution people from that ancient time were healthier, just because there weren't industrialized foods like by now, which people stuff into poison foods,such as chemicals to keep fresher foods, therefore too many diseases have been appearing, high colesteral, high trigliciridio, high glucose,carbohidrates and lower flavonoid, even liver cancer and blood cancer aswell.
