Understanding the Ask - Jane B Ford

Jane B Ford will be presenting "The Ask" at the March 22nd Nonprofit Minicamp in Rockland. Here are some highlights from the video.


Jane Ford owner of The Joy Path and Author of Get Grants Now has worked with Nonprofit Organizations for decades. Shes offer practical information and education for nonprofit organizations in three areas, fundraising, financial management and board development.

She sees that good NP's are still able to reach their financial goals, but she is seeing that some nonprofits's are creating fundraising activities and programs that ore outside their mission because someone is funding it. This can lead to problems in the long run.

Jane is presenting "The Ask" at the Non-Profit Toolbox March 22nd Mini-Conference at the Rockland Holiday Inn. This seems to be what many nonprofits' worry about -- how to ask for donations or gifts, even though the ask is only 5 to 10 percent of the process. Jane will explain that process and the focus on "The Ask".
