I actually saw him by the Sheraton Hotel and it was pretty cool that he came in with a helicopter on Kahala Park.

I guess you do not realize that a home like that in town somewhere, would cost maybe a million, that other 8 is for the water view.
He needed a place that was secure and large enough for all the aides he has since he still working.
He made money on his books and paid for it himself, and maybe he got a break on the rent for 2 weeks...from someone who like him.
Hillary spent 20k for an hotel room in january for a week or so and that was money donated, in his case is spending his money.
