http://www.thebraintwist.com In this first part, Steve Blank, serial entrepreneur and author of the book "Four Steps to the Epiphany" shares some advice for future entrepreneurs. #1. "Entrepreneurship is not for everybody". Nowadays, entrepreneurship is very trendy and fashionable. A lot of people are willing to become an entrepreneur. But, becoming an entrepreneur because it's trendy and fashionable is not a good reason to start this adventure. #2 "There are no facts inside the building so get the hell outside". A lot of entrepreneurs believe they know what customers want, what are the features they need. Based on those assumptions they start coding and building their product. To avoid falling within this trap always remind yourself Steve's motto "There are no facts inside the building so go the hell outside" #3 "Know what's your startup all about" As Steve recommends, you need to go out of the building and answer the 9 building blocks defining the business model canvas designed by Alex Osterwalder.
