That`s Shock-G (a.k.a. Humpty Hump). He is perhaps best known as the head vocalist for the rap group Digital Underground. He produced Pac`s breakthrough single "I Get Around" and also "So Many Tears" from the "Me Against the World" album. Pac's first published work was while still a member of Digital Underground when he appeared on the song and video "Same Song". Shock also co-produced Tupac's debut album "2Pacalypse Now".
