Fidelity Chess Challenger Sensory Voice.

One of the world's first chess computers available for consumers! This machine senses your moves with a pressure sensitive playing surface and announces its moves both by voice and by lighting the squares it wants to move to and from. You can play directly against the computer or you can recreate one of the 64 greatest games ever played.

  • TENGO UNA CHAMPION SENSORY CHESS CHALLENGER Y ME SE ESTROPEO Y ME GUSTARIA PODERLA ARREGLAR AQUI EN ESPAÑA SI ALGUIEN ME PUDIERA IMFORMAR DONDE PUDIERA ARREGLARLA, MUCHAS GRACIAS DE ANTEMANO..

  • How good was the ai for portable chess machines back in 1980? In ELO, please.

  • imagine my father has had this computer since it primiered in 1980 and he never knew there were 64 classic games in its memory. this is the first computer i learned on, the second was sargon program for the apple 2 e. anyone remember that one?

  • I still have mine too! I got it for Christmas when I was in high school. I only knew one guy who could beat it at all levels, including the infinite level

  • hehe i have this , too this is very hard i dont can win the match !!! :D

  • This is a very neato old chess computer. There is nothing more fun then these quaint old hardware opponents. The AI is very weak and on the lower levels is liable to give away the queen after a few moves! I have the non speaking model (all plastic/no wood) which nevertheless looks identical to this one, although it does have the touch recognition and the LED's. It's probably the least expensive set I own, and the only one I would never sell: way too cool!
