Wow, if the for the first time when I saw the movie it would've ended like this - I would remember this movie as a piece of shit and never watch it again. As it is right now I think the movie is a masterpiece.

Meh. Team 1995. I'm American, but the 1995 version isn't rushed, it doesn't change around Janes words, and it follows the book extremely well. This one is alright, but the 1995 version captured the essence better.

I don't understand why everyone is up in arms about the American movie version ending with a kiss. The BBC version with Colin Firth ended the same way, with a big ol' smooch in the wedding carriage so clearly the Brits like their kisses too!
