roberson is a beast he wrestled at my high school blue valley north west and his record was 154-0 his whole career him making the world team doesn't surprise me

@coreybju Nickerson wasn't even big for 125, and most of the guys at 60kg are cutting from at least 140 pounds. Nickerson was small here and got tossed around like a rag doll. Not taking away anything from him, but he should have been at 55kg.

Unrecoverd due to the fact you have very low to no intake of protien. Little to no WATER = disaster. Your body is composed of 60% water. 8 glasses minimum if your INACTIVE! Nickerson is a technician and i know if he was at a healthy weight he would reclaim his thrown as the BEAST FROM THE EAST.

Human beings will only fuction so well with such extreamly low or very limited supply of water, macro and micro-nutrients.
I'm looking to compete at the olympic level aswell. Cutting weight is fine, but abusing it and going overboard is just detrimental to your mind body and skill. Stored energy will be depleted since thier is a low intake carbs and fats.

I'm gonna agree w/ this one.
Roberson was my pick to make the team this year, I don't plan on changin my pick for the OLY team either!
