yeah they do use the clutch but not on a F'ing 1000 and esspecially not in 1st gear, my r1 1st gear power wheelies starts at 2700rpm's, thats like 15mph and i slightley crack the throttle, when i say crack i mean like 1/8 of a turn...as for a clutch 1st gear wheelie, u throw 2 many rpms and ur flippin that beast...by the way,to show the power of a power, my 02 r1 was stretched 6inches and lowered 2inches, so a stock height/swingarm a simple crack and holdin the throttle you will be successful

youre not powering a bike up in 3rd and 4th gear. What the guy was trying to say is that power wheelies are typically what people do when they first start learning wheelies. Most people who ride wheelies well use the clutch.
why do you have such a chip on your shoulder about it? seriously.....would it not be okay to just calm the fuck down?
