How to make Japanese Curry Rice ココナッツ使ったら美味かった！

Ingredients for curry sauce (Serving 4-5　4～5皿分)
: 150gm ground meat （150g ひき肉）
: 95g curry roux or block （箱半分のルー）
: 1 chopped onion （たまねぎ１玉）
: 1 clove chopped garlic & ginger （ニンニク/しょうが １片）
: 1 cup red wine （１カップ 赤ワイン）
: 3 cup water （３カップ 水）
: Bay leaf

*AMAZON sells Japanese curry roux. You might want check out if you can't find it in your town.*

Hidden flavor I used (Seacret ingredients 隠し味)
: 2 tbsp honey
: 1/2 cup coconut milk

Another vegetables I used （他の野菜類）
: Green bell pepper （ピーマン）
: Yellow bell pepper （黄パプリカ）
: Red bell pepper （赤パプリカ）

And don't forget to prepare rice. If you don't have any rice, you can just dip some bread in curry sauce. It should be good as well.
