I remember i was suppose to see them, lined up 6am for front row tickets was so pumped to see the hip live that when the concert date came, i ended up getting way to drunk (and a little ganja) that i was kicked out for puking in the front row just before the hip came on....probably my biggest regret to date....havent seen them live yet either :-(

In my hometown playing to essentially to the home crowd, as Bobcaygeon is 30 km to the north. Any one from this area knows how true this song is. Thank you for posting this

I've seen them all over the place- including New Orleans House Of Blues- yeah they did New Orleans is Sinking- this was '98 maybe? I've seen them in Toronto, Dallas, N.O and Los Angeles. You wouldnt believe how many Canadians were in L.A. I bumped into Gord on Sunset and asked him to sign a banana (musical shaker banana) that I bought specifically after hearing him tell a story about a banana that made music. He didnt remember telling the story on stage and looked at me like I was nuts. lol

Yeah, you're right. I've seen the Hip in 3 different U.S. cities and heard folks go apeshit at all 3 after that line. Wanna-be Canadians, I guess.
These guys are one of the best bands to see live. Always put on a great show and you never know just what you are going to get out of Gord. One of the most entertaining lead singers out there. Great song, thank you for the video.
