Here is the order for the 300 workout from Men's Health Magazine.

First you will start with 25 Pull-ups using your bodyweight and as few of sets as possible.

Then you move directly into a Deadlift for 50 repetitions.

After that, you'll do 50 Push-ups.

Once you've completed that exercise, then you'll do 50 Box Jumps on a 24" platform.

Next, is 50 Floor Wipers. To perform this exercise, lie on your back while holding a barbell with arms extended. Next, bring your feet up to each side, making sure your feet touch down each time in the middle between sides. That counts as one repetition.

After the Floor Wipers, you'll do 25 repetitions of Kettlebell Clean Presses for each arm, making sure to touch the kettlebell to the floor in between each repetition.

Then you finish with 25 more Pull-ups.

And that's the 300 workout, all 300 repetitions using 7 exercises.

  • Once you start this you wont even be able to finish unless you have an amazing amount of cardio and physical shape already. I been doing this a year and have only fully completed this workout 50 times. It gunna feel as if it gets harder each day but after about your first week or 2 your gunna realize how easy it gets. I do this 3 times a week.

  • @elwayj Sunday-Workout Monday-Rest Tuesday-Optional (Workout or Rest depending on the speed of muscle recovery) Wednesday-Workout (if rested tuesday) Rest (if workout) Thursday-Rest (no matter what you did previously) Friday-Workout Saturday - Rest Usually on the friday workout period i dont do my 300 I do a light light workout of my own usually like a 15 minute thing. I go run half a mile. I started this routine last year. I have gained 49 lbs and trust me this shit works..
  • @aka69sars most of them are even 50 reps.. haha.. it's both intense cardio as weighlifting.. first work-out after vomit... haha

  • I usually go to the gym 5 times a week and work one muscle group / day. How often are you suppose to fuckin do this?

  • this guy did a single rep of each exercise and was breathing hard..... and he says to do 25 reps each.
