Once you start this you wont even be able to finish unless you have an amazing amount of cardio and physical shape already. I been doing this a year and have only fully completed this workout 50 times. It gunna feel as if it gets harder each day but after about your first week or 2 your gunna realize how easy it gets. I do this 3 times a week.

@elwayj Sunday-Workout Monday-Rest Tuesday-Optional (Workout or Rest depending on the speed of muscle recovery) Wednesday-Workout (if rested tuesday) Rest (if workout) Thursday-Rest (no matter what you did previously) Friday-Workout Saturday - Rest Usually on the friday workout period i dont do my 300 I do a light light workout of my own usually like a 15 minute thing. I go run half a mile. I started this routine last year. I have gained 49 lbs and trust me this shit works..

@aka69sars most of them are even 50 reps.. haha.. it's both intense cardio as weighlifting.. first work-out after vomit... haha

I usually go to the gym 5 times a week and work one muscle group / day. How often are you suppose to fuckin do this?

this guy did a single rep of each exercise and was breathing hard..... and he says to do 25 reps each.
