the story to the song is as follows:

luka is a singer in a circus consisting of rin, len (the lions), and miku (the ringmaster).

luka is sold to another circus where the ringmaster gumi forces her to sing with kaito, whom she refuses to sing with. luka is then punished by having to be in the lions act, and, unlike rin and len, the new lions actually try to kill her. all the while, the crowd is yelling for her to get up, just so that the lions can attack her again.

@Mustoverus Luka is utterly confused and depressed since she thought they were her friends. Why would they leave her alone in a place like this? Despite this she's forced to sing for the crowd, but keeps her face hidden behind her hair ("This curtain hides me" IDK, it might be an actual curtain but that doesn't make much sense...) During her act she falls to the ground and doesn't bother to get up since she's so upset. The crowd and Miku taunt her to get her to sing. She tries but can't.

You know, I've been thinking about this and here's my interpretation;

Luka, her love (Gakupo let's say) and two lions (Rin and Len let's say xD) are in a circus run by someone (I'm going to say Miku, who looks like Mikuo. 'He' is in quotation marks so...) They're all freaks of some nature and aren't treated well at the circus, so plan to escape. Gakupo and the lions get away "right before our act" but Luka wasn't aware they were leaving (perhaps they didn't have time/didn't care?) (cont)
