@Ychep07 i did'nt try this but this is the recipe i got from the internet:
1 cup of all porpuse flour
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of hot water
so u mix the flour & the salt then a lil by lil u pour water then u'll get lik thick dough then u put it in a bowl cover with damp kitchen towel let it set 4 an hour remove the cover then give it a knead for 5 more mins then shape it into log slice into about 1 inch pieces & cut each piece into 4 equal size slices roll it up into 3 inches circles

I wash my cabbages.. I'm usually worried that unwash ones still carry pesticides >_<

@leaneeres We figured people know to wash their vegetables before putting them in food, hence the reason we didn't show that.

Did you steam them first or directly just fry them after makign them?

@elless0724 We fried the bottom sides and then directly steam them after in the same pan.

@Cubana615 They are just called gyoza wrappers. They are normally round.
