Recipe:

5 - 6 scallions (green onions), sliced
1/4 - 1/3 head of cabbage, thinly sliced and finely chopped
2 lbs ground pork
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp grated garlic
1 1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/2 Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

I suggest cooking a little up and tasting it. Add seasoning as you wish after you taste. When I made it last, I added a little more soy sauce and black pepper.

  • I wash my cabbages.. I'm usually worried that unwash ones still carry pesticides >_<

  • @leaneeres We figured people know to wash their vegetables before putting them in food, hence the reason we didn't show that.

  • Did you steam them first or directly just fry them after makign them?

  • @elless0724 We fried the bottom sides and then directly steam them after in the same pan.

  • What is this wrapper called?

  • @Cubana615 They are just called gyoza wrappers. They are normally round.

1 cup of all porpuse flour

    1 1/2 teaspoon of salt

    1/2 cup of hot water

so u mix the flour & the salt then a lil by lil u pour water then u'll get lik thick dough then u put it in a bowl cover with damp kitchen towel let it set 4 an hour remove the cover then give it a knead for 5 more mins then shape it into log slice into about 1 inch pieces & cut each piece into 4 equal size slices roll it up into 3 inches circles
