  • As a fat porker, I must admit I can agree with the idea that a lot of food consumption is a replacement for sadness - it doesn't work in the long run but it helps temporarily :/

  • Different people produce different results... give it more time. You'll get there if you keep trying~! Don't give up!

  • THis is one of the best ways of eating ...and it works !

  • i see some ugly comments here ...and my question is : are u fat and u did tried his program ? that didn't work ? --->at the end of his book is writen why ...

and , excuse me , but is more cheaper to buy his book , then to keep a diet .

  • Last year I tried this two times for a few weeks and I lost some lbs, but I didn't manage to eat really slowly all the time and so I got back to my bad eating habbits. -.-"

Now I do the same without eating slowly (just normal) and it's working very well. ^^ It IS working if you lose all the tension around food and just listen to your body.

  • EFT is such horse shit.

  • They should put this back on TV.

  • A lot of people would say what he does is 'bullshit'

But as it turns out this 'bullshit' is actually helping some people. If it doesnt work for you then you could always try putting down that double cheese burger and going for a jog.

  • Ahhh the old 'American market', just more money in the bank for that CHARLATAN.

  • @scottylans food consumption is a replacement for hunger for me

  • @catveezle you must be very poor if you think his book makes your wallet thin :S. i personally spent zilch on this book (got it from the library) and i have lost 40 lbs :)

  • i can make your wallet thin!
