H.S. Basketball: Crooksville at John Glenn (1/6/09)

From start to finish, John Glenn dominated visiting Crooksville in this Muskingum Valley League (Ohio) matchup.

Plagued by 29 turnovers, the Ceramics cracked while the Muskies cruised to the 68-21 victory.

John Glenn jumped out to a 28-point lead at halftime then continued to pour it on behind Charlie Karlings 16 points. Sophomore Jake Heagen added 12 points and nine rebounds, as junior Rob Metry pumped in 10 points. Kessler Spungs 11 points was tops for Crooksville.

The Muskies (4-3) shot a red-hot 52 percent from the field, dropping Crooksville to 0-6.
