Here's a challenge : 1 Heart items!

Rules:

1 - This run has to be done as Judas (cause of the 1 heart)

2 - No matter the item, it must be picked up and, if its a Spacebar Item, be replaced, so no going back for items that you had which you would still want

3 - Passive items don't have this effect so you can collect as much as you want

4 - Items which are in shops and devil rooms are a must IF you have the requirements to retrieve them (enough money or hearts)
