P.M.S.E.Y. is an acronym for the different steps of a dictatorship (as mentioned in the video) "P stands for Power. "M" stands for Media Control. "S" stands for Secret Police. "E" stands for Economic Stability. "Y" stands for Youth Brainwashing. So yes... Stalin was PMSey...
