there is a red type however, extremely rare and used while fresh or shortly after harvest (not exactly sure?).
There is szechuan peppercorn but it isn't a peppercorn either. Coriander seed goes really well with pepper so it would certainly work (I use it regularly but not 'in' the peppercorn blend).

I agree pepper is the king of spice, and this is just what your episode 400 begs for!

@scarecrow1701 lol You know I had thought of that at the time. I was not too sure how to work it in? Perhaps, when I showed the bottle :) 'hindsight'
The pie requires plenty of the pepper lol! It is the king and I wanted to show that pepper 'RULES' !
