@ezfingerboarder Now that I learned more about audio, I realized that what I heard was the mechanical operation of my actually speakers, not the bass they produced. This was a long time ago might I add

@ezfingerboarder first off if they're moving, they're producing sound,
second off it's relatively easy to explain why someone could hear more, tad bit longer of an cochlea maybe
third off, children can hear more frequencies than an adult, some adults retain that ability

@andyboy13 yeah it's not, when playing a true 100 hz tone it sounds very high but on this song it sounds like low bass....

I don't think this was encoded correctly, dropped off at ~90 but I have tested 120db @24hz

I have this. S.S.S bass test. I got down to 0. On crappy stereo speakers. My dad has a huge subwoofer (stereo/two joined together) and it shoook my house. lol
