Just putting it out there that Shin has used tiny drums in a few other PV's that I've seen (Another morning, and Tokyo Bambi) ... Not sure about any others though lol...

This doesn't really sound like Nirvana, it just sounds like 90's grunge, which Nirvana kind of did, but they really had their own style, which was a little more heavy.
If anything, this sounds more like Blur.
