This guy is Doug Tolbart. Vicki and Megan was helping their friend, Jane Tolbert, who was being abused by her husband Doug. Vicki and Megan helped Jane hide from Doug. When he found out, he kidnapped Vicki and Megan because he "WANTED HIS WIFE BACK" lol as he stated in the clip. That was the women you heard calling out Doug's name when he pulled the gun off of Vicki.

Is it my imagination, or did Vicki and Megan go through several life-threatening situations? I think the earlier ones were "necessary" to bridge them from antagonists to mother and daughter. And then, of course, killing Megan off.

this was during 1991's spousal abouse abuse storyline. Doug and Jane Ebert. I'm guessing Megan and Viki were trying to help Jane escape her abusive marriage, Doug got pissed for interfering and tried to kill the mother/daughter team as they had in so many similar situations.
