She has no say in the matter. These novels take place around a very minor character mentioned in one chapter. Intellectual property laws do not protect her from others fleshing out very minor characters with their own stories. JK can do nothing to stop these books from being published.

No Mudbloody, unfortunately, that is not the case. J.K. Rowling would never approve of the books being made into actuall books, well, because, she DOESNT like him. She approves of his fan-fictions being released online, but that's it. Actuall Books will never happen as far as i can tell

Hey, don't mean to be rude, but you are partly right, this started as fan fiction, but they're making them into actual books, and JK Rowling gave him permission to do so because she like them, well this is what I heard so I don't know whether this is the whole truth but im sure we will find out what's gunna happen one day.
