@trainman551 - The restoration of E6 Atlantic #460 is only COSMETIC and 1361 will take a long time to restore....

ahh thats where your rong now prr E-6 class Atlantic will run and people are trying to restore k4s 1361 the four pennsylvania E seieries desiles still run.

I don't know much about the loco, but from the squat shape of the boiler and high cab, it almost seems as though she was built to have a tank across her boiler.
