ok...couldn't resist making a comment as obviously some of you are delusional, crazy or just plain stupid. first off, lets take it for granted that the Gov who served in our AF knows what a fking flare looks like. this object was definitely not a flare!! he states, you could just know it was other worldly. jesus, what more do you want...you are the same type of moron that thinks OJ is innocent. end of story.
BTW, while I'm here, I noticed that Flutlicht23 said that he saw similar lights in Germany. You know what else is in Germany? A whole fleet of USAF aircraft, including A-10s. Coincidence? Idk, it's just something to think about. Please don't reply to this.
bro flares dont travel, flares emit smoke, the fucken thing traveled 600 km accross the fucken state ive seen videos of flares 1100 times flares dont travel explain that? im not saying it was a ufo but it was deff not flares bud
600km? I you watch the video (and other videos of the lights), you'll see that the flares never go past the city, genius. The flares just hover over the city and burn out after a couple of minutes (which is what every eyewitness has ever said!).
Anyway, I've got other things to do. If you still don't believe me, great. Just know that you've been completely fooled by an optical illusion. If you still want to defend your position, that's fine too. JUST DON'T REPLY TO ME!
did they do these "droppings" all over the state? because the whole eastern side of the state saw this thing MOVING SLOWLY across the state. do we have an aircraft that can hover, move slowly, and that big? i don't think so
Alright, I'm going to sum up everything in one sentence, and you'll make of it what you will:
The "lights" were a line of flares dropped out of an A-10 while on a training exercise, and these flares are specially designed with a parachute in order to stay in the air and burn brightly for a few minutes and then burn out, which is exactly what you see in the video.
PLEASE DON'T RESPOND TO THIS. If you want proof of what I said, just google "A-10 LUU-2 flares". Bye.
Okay, if you don't believe me, that's fine. Your facts are scewed and you ignored the reality right in front of you. But I don't care. As far as I'm concerned your just a ufo nerd on the internet.
