I just found this bit at the end of one of my old family video tapes and wondered if someone had posted it. Great to see! Best Medley + stream of conciousness monologue ever: " ... it would be nice to get the rights to all of that music so I can do something big with it..." These guys were genius. Check out ebay for copies of this tape, I found one and transferred it to dvd.

This is one of the best bits of comedy business EVER. All of "The Last Polka" is brilliant, but Linsk Minyk and the tuba solo are my favorites. I'm so happy that this is on Youtube so that people who've never had a chance to see it can discover it. Why this has never come out on DVD is beyond me.

The whole movie is wonderful, but Rick Moranis' medley may be the high point. He sounds so sad about having to spend his life on the road--it's subtle and brilliant.
