@sandtrap69 Nope. Not true! The developer that partnered with Sammy to build the place was a major scammer. He screwed over a bunch of people and owed tons of money to people. Sammy sued him and WON. As for the Grand Opening seal...Sammy was already scheduled to do a photo shoot back East when they had the Grand Opening of the Fresno Cabo Wabo. Aaron was already actively involved in the opening of the new place all along and Sammy DID come and play there not long after it opened.
